Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g leaf spinach
- 1 tsp, heaped butter
- 30 g onion(s), finely diced
- 2 medium-sized garlic cloves
- 50 g cream
- salt and pepper
- some nutmeg
- 150 g feta cheese

vegetarian and very tasty
Thaw the spinach leaves overnight. Dice the feta cheese into smaller cubes. Finely chop the garlic. Heat the butter and sauté the onion and garlic. Squeeze the spinach well, add it, and mix with the cream. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Simmer gently for 3-4 minutes, then stir in the diced feta cheese. Heat everything back up.
