Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 packs of frozen puff pastry
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Caraway seeds
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • marjoram
  • 1 egg(s)
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 packs of feta cheese, plain or seasoned
  • some olive oil for brushing
  • little water for sprinkling
  • n. B. Black cumin for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the minced meat with the salt, pepper, paprika, caraway, marjoram, finely diced onion, egg, and some breadcrumbs. Finely slice the spring onion and mix it into the minced meat. Dice the feta cheese and add it to the mixture. Season to taste. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into even squares using a pizza cutter. Place the mixture in the center with a tablespoon. Pull the corners into the center (like a letter) and press them together lightly. Then place the dough open-side down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with a little olive oil and drizzle with a little water to help the dough rise. Sprinkle with the black cumin seeds. Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake the puff pastry parcels for about 45 minutes.
