Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

pickled according to grandma’s recipe

Dice the feta and place it in a screw-top jar. Finely chop the onion and parsley and add it along with the oil and lemon juice. Shake well, mix, and let it sit overnight.
