Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g feta cheese (goat or sheep)
- 3 slices of ham (country ham)
- 2 tbsp herbs (frozen)
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Heat butter in a 26 cm frying pan. Blend the feta cheese with the eggs and pour into the hot oil. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of herbs over the pan and let it set slightly. Place the ham on top. Reduce the heat slightly, cover, and let the egg mixture set. Finally, halve the serving size for two people, but one will easily do. My own recipe.
