Parsley – cream – meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork schnitzel
  • 2 onions
  • 500 g zucchini
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 2 bunch parsley, flat
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250 g double cream
  • 200 ml white wine, dry
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the onions. Dice them along with the pork cutlets. Wash the zucchini and slice them thinly. Trim the mushrooms and cut them into pieces according to size. Chop the parsley. Heat the oil and brown the meat. Towards the end of the cooking time, add the diced onions. Mix in the zucchini and mushrooms and stir-fry for about 6 minutes. Stir in the parsley, double cream, and white wine. Season to taste, stir-fry for about 3 more minutes, and heat. Then serve.
