Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ orange(s), organic
  • 90 g feta cheese (9% fat)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp parsley, frozen
  • 5 tbsp yogurt
  • 3 tbsp ricotta
  • 2 tbsp water, hot
  • e.g. balsamic vinegar bianco or lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Score the garlic several times with the tip of a knife and transfer it to a dressing shaker or other container. Add salt and pepper, and lightly press the garlic into the salt and pepper mixture with a spoon. Add about 2 tablespoons of hot water and the honey. Stir briefly to dissolve the honey. Now add the remaining ingredients. Grate the orange zest and squeeze out the juice, then add it to the dressing shaker. Crumble the feta cheese. Shake or stir everything vigorously. Season to taste with a little white balsamic vinegar or lemon juice. Goes wonderfully with more tangy salad mixes.
