Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of feta cheese (sheep’s cheese), approx. 200 g
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- n. B. Pepper, freshly ground
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Spread out a large piece of aluminum foil for each parcel and place half of the feta cheese in the center. Cut the tomato into wedges and place on top. Halve a fresh, peeled garlic clove (or more if needed) and drape it as well. Drizzle everything with olive oil, sprinkle with fresh pepper, and place a rosemary sprig on top. Seal the aluminum foil to form a sealed, airy parcel (fold it in the middle, then twist the sides together). Place on the hot grill for 15 minutes.
