Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- ½ bunch of dill
- ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley
- Rapeseed oil
- Fleur de Sel

Dice the feta cheese, not too finely. Roughly chop the dill and parsley. Cover everything with rapeseed oil and sprinkle with fleur de sel. Let it sit for a few hours.
