- 1 shallot(s)
- 5 garlic cloves

Instructions

Cut the Camembert (it should be small and round) into 12 pie-sized pieces. Slice the shallot into thin rings. Slice 2 garlic cloves and leave the others whole. Place the Camembert, shallots, and garlic into a 150-200 ml twist-off jar and top up with rapeseed oil until the cheese is covered. Seal and let the Camembert marinate for 4-5 days. The Camembert should be kept refrigerated. Shelf life: approx. 3 months. Tip: You can also use a low-fat Camembert.
