Fiery Beef Sandwich

The perfect fiery beef sandwich recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Pc. Onion red
  • 2 Pc. Gherkins
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Pepper
  • 200 g Beef fillet
  • 40 g Jalapeño
  • 50 g Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Pc. Hamburger buns
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 50 g Arugula
  1. Finely dice the onion and pickles and mix with the mayonnaise. Season to taste with pepper.
  2. Cook the beef fillet medium in a pan. Then cut into fine strips.
  3. Bring about 5 tablespoons of water to a simmer in a small saucepan. Finely chop the jalapeños and add to the saucepan with the cheddar cheese. Mix everything into an even cheese sauce.
  4. Put the beef fillet strips into the cheese sauce and stir.
  5. Cut the hamburger buns open. Brush the underside with mustard and put some rocket on top. Brush the top with onion and cucumber mayonnaise.
  6. Place the cheese sauce with fillet strips on the rocket nest and fold the burger together.
