Gluten-free Cauliflower Pizza

The perfect gluten-free cauliflower pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Pc. Cauliflower fresh
  • 0,3 Cup Cornmeal
  • 0,5 tbsp Paprika powder
  • 0,5 tbsp Salt
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan
  • 6 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 12 Pc. Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 0,25 Pc. Paprika
  • 0,5 Pc. Mozzarella
  • Chopped basil
  1. In a blender, puree the cauliflower, corn flour, paprika powder, salt and egg to a smooth mass.
  2. Using an ice cream scoop or large tablespoon, place batter on a baking sheet and press flat.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Top the cauliflower pizzas with tomato sauce, onions, sundried tomatoes, paprika strips and mozzarella.
  5. Bake another 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Garnish with fresh basil.
