Ingredients
- 12 Dried chili peppers
- 0,5 L Corn oil
- 1 tbsp Cayenn pepper
- 2 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
Instructions
- Chop the chilli peppers and heat gently in a saucepan for about 10 minutes. Let cool down. Stir in the cayenne pepper and sesame oil. Let stand for 12 hours and then fill into a sterile bottle through a cheesecloth,
