  • 12 Dried chili peppers
  • 0,5 L Corn oil
  • 1 tbsp Cayenn pepper
  • 2 tbsp Toasted sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop the chilli peppers and heat gently in a saucepan for about 10 minutes. Let cool down. Stir in the cayenne pepper and sesame oil. Let stand for 12 hours and then fill into a sterile bottle through a cheesecloth,
