Fiery Chilli Mince Steaks
The perfect fiery chilli mince steaks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 small red, yellow and green bell pepper each
- 4 Stems Oregano
- 4 Onions
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 5 tsp Flour
- 400 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 Red chilli pepper
- 600 g Mixed meat
- 2 tsp Rose peppers
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 1 Egg
- 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp Milk
- Clean the peppers and cut into fine strips. Chop the oregano leaves. Finely dice 2 onions, cut 2 onions into slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Sauté the prepared peppers and half of the onion cubes for about 4 minutes. Add tomato paste and sweat. Dust with 3 teaspoons of flour. Shape the minced meat dough into 4 minced steaks and fry them in 2 tablespoons of hot oil for about 4 minutes on each side. Dust the onion rings with 2 teaspoons of flour, knock them off, fry in 2 tablespoons of hot oil until golden brown and season with salt. Serve the steaks with onion rings and sauce, sprinkle with the rest of the oregano.

- Tip 4: I put the onion rings with flour in a small freezer bag, then shake well, put them on a sieve and knock them off well. Put the prepared onion in the heated oil and fry and season as described.
