Prawns with Garlic and Chilli on Lettuce with Orange-sesame Oil and Curry

The perfect prawns with garlic and chilli on lettuce with orange-sesame oil and curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dressing:

  • 1 piece Onion
  • 3 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

For the salad:

  • 150 g Wild herbs Salad
  • 150 g Leaf lettuce
  • 150 g Lamb’S lettuce
  • 10 piece Shrimp peeled deveined
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 piece Chilli pepper
  • Curry
  1. Wash the salad, drain it, arrange it on the plate and garnish with a salad dressing. Heat the olive oil in a pan, briefly fry the garlic and chilli pepper, add the prawns and continue frying for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Place the finished prawns on the salad and decorate with balsamic cream.
