Prawns with Garlic and Chilli on Lettuce with Orange-sesame Oil and Curry
The perfect prawns with garlic and chilli on lettuce with orange-sesame oil and curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dressing:
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 3 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
For the salad:
- 150 g Wild herbs Salad
- 150 g Leaf lettuce
- 150 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 10 piece Shrimp peeled deveined
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 1 piece Chilli pepper
- Curry
- Wash the salad, drain it, arrange it on the plate and garnish with a salad dressing. Heat the olive oil in a pan, briefly fry the garlic and chilli pepper, add the prawns and continue frying for 2-3 minutes.
- Place the finished prawns on the salad and decorate with balsamic cream.
