Fiery Feta Cheese Cream with Cherry Peppers

The perfect fiery feta cheese cream with cherry peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
  • 5 tablespoon Patros cheese cubes in oil
  • 7 Cherry peppers with cream cheese
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,5 teaspoon Herbs of Provence
  • 1 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
  1. Drain the sheep cheese and cut into small cubes. Drain the Patros cheese cubes as well. Press the cream cheese out of the cherry peppers, add to the sheep’s cheese and cheese cubes. Mash the cheese with a tablespoon of olive oil. Cut the cherry peppers into fine strips, cut the spring onions into rings and chop the garlic. Add these ingredients to the cheese and mix well with the herbs and paprika powder.
