Chicken with Feta Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes
The perfect chicken with feta cheese and cherry tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 size Chicken legs
- 6 medium-sized Red onions
- 500 g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 blocks Feta cheese in large cubes
- 4 Garlic cloves chopped
- Salt pepper
- Italian herb mix
- Rosemary fresh or dried
- Olive oil
- Possibly olives
- Line a baking tray with legs then season with salt, pepper, rosemary, Italian herbs and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Quarter the onions, place them between the legs, repeat the same thing with the tomatoes and the feta cheese. If you like, put half a glass of olives in between.
- Put the whole thing in the oven and cook at 170 degrees (convection) for 1 hour. This is best served with a baguette.
