Chicken with Feta Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes

The perfect chicken with feta cheese and cherry tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 size Chicken legs
  • 6 medium-sized Red onions
  • 500 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 blocks Feta cheese in large cubes
  • 4 Garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt pepper
  • Italian herb mix
  • Rosemary fresh or dried
  • Olive oil
  • Possibly olives
  1. Line a baking tray with legs then season with salt, pepper, rosemary, Italian herbs and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Quarter the onions, place them between the legs, repeat the same thing with the tomatoes and the feta cheese. If you like, put half a glass of olives in between.
  3. Put the whole thing in the oven and cook at 170 degrees (convection) for 1 hour. This is best served with a baguette.
