Chicken with Feta Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
 

  • 6 large Chicken legs
  • 6 medium Red onions
  • 500 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 blocks Feta cheese in large cubes
  • 4 Garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt pepper
  • Italian herb mix
  • Rosemary fresh or dried
  • Olive oil
  • Possibly olives

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking tray with legs then season with salt, pepper, rosemary, Italian herbs and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Quarter the onions, place them between the legs, repeat the same thing with the tomatoes and the feta cheese. If you like, put half a glass of olives in between.
  • Put the whole thing in the oven and cook at 170 degrees (convection) for 1 hour. This is best served with a baguette.
