Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 large red chili pepper(s), chopped
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 4 tbsp oil, for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients well. Form the dough into balls and fry in hot oil.
