Fiery Potato Goulash

Ingredients
 

  • 1,5 kg Pork shoulder
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 100 g Diced Bacon
  • 4 Pc. Onions
  • 3 Red pepper
  • 200 ml Meatsoup
  • 3 El Hot sauce degree of spiciness 10
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Hot and noble sweet paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Bay leaf

Instructions
 

  • Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes, wash and core the paprika and also cut into cubes. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into mouth-sized cubes. The onion is peeled and then finely chopped.
  • Heat the olive oil, sweat the onion and bacon in it, add both paprika and roast briefly. Put the meat in the pan and sear it, put the diced paprika in the pan and deglaze with the stock.
  • The whole thing is now boiled for 30 minutes. After the cooking time add the potato cubes and cook for another 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and the hot sauce.
