Chocolate Banana Chilli Sheet Cake with Protein Powder

  • 180 g Sifted flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 40 g Banana protein powder
  • 40 g Chocolate shavings
  • 2 Bananas
  • 3 Eggs
  • 0,0625 liter Water
  • 0,0625 liter Oil
  • 0,5 packet Tartar powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 tbsp Banana and chilli fruit spread
  • 2 g Chilli powder
  • Ground cinnamon


  • Preheat the oven to 175 ° C, line a deep dish with baking paper. Peel a banana, mash it with a fork and mix it with 3 tablespoons of banana-chili fruit spread and the chili powder.
  • Beat eggs and sugar for 2-3 minutes and then stir water and oil into the egg mixture. Mix the flour, banana protein powder, 30g chocolate shavings, vanilla sugar, tartar baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. In the next step, the banana mixture is stirred into the egg mixture and finally the flour mixture is slowly stirred in.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared form and peel the banana and cut into thin slices. Spread the banana slices on the chick and spread the remaining chocolate flakes on the sheet cake. Now the culinary delight comes into the pipe for about 40 minutes. It tastes lukewarm best.
