Cook the minced meat in a pan according to the manufacturer’s instructions and set aside. Peel the onion and dice it. Dice the potatoes and mushrooms. In a lidded pan, sauté the onion, then add the diced potatoes. It’s okay if they develop a roasted aroma. Then add the mushrooms and season with herb salt. Cover the pan and reduce the heat. Sauté for a few minutes until the mushrooms collapse, then stir. When the potatoes are tender, add the minced meat, heat through, and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Of course, this dish can also be prepared with regular minced meat.
