Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g lamb’s lettuce
- 1 cantaloupe melon(s)
- 4 figs
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 70 g feta cheese
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Trim, wash, and spin dry the lettuce. Deseed, quarter, peel, and slice the melon. Quarter the figs. Lightly toast the walnuts in a dry pan. Arrange the melon slices around the edge of the plate, place a generous handful of lettuce and walnuts in the center. Place the figs on top and crumble the feta evenly over the salad. For the dressing, combine the lemon juice, honey, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the salad with the dressing before serving.
