Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 pinches of curry
- 2 pinch(s) cumin
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar, white
- 500 g fig(s)
- 1 tsp oil
- 100 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the onions and fry them briefly in oil. When they are golden brown, deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Chop the figs (to your desired size) and sauté them as well. Add the sugar and simmer for about 10 minutes while stirring. Add the onions to the figs and gently season with caraway and cumin. Tastes great with all kinds of poultry or game.
