Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 figs, dried, possibly more
- 150 g cream cheese
- 1 small garlic clove(s)
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- possibly jam (fig jam) for garnishing
Instructions

sweet and savory dip
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Chop the dried figs into small pieces beforehand, otherwise the blender might overcook them. Blend everything until smooth and serve. If you’d like it a little sweeter, simply add one or two extra figs to the mix, depending on your taste. Fresh fig jam is a delicious topping.
