Crispy fish burgers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 package of fish fingers
  • 4 rolls (baguette rolls)
  • 4 tbsp tartar sauce
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 100 g lettuce (coleslaw)
  • 2 tbsp fried onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the fish fingers according to the package instructions. Cut the buns in half and spread remoulade on both halves. Top each of the bottom halves with a lettuce leaf, some coleslaw, and 3-4 fish fingers. Sprinkle with fried onions, place the top half of the bun on top, cut diagonally in half, and serve.
