Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g fig(s), dried
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

ideal for a raclette meal

Finely dice the figs and onion. Mix the vinegar and oil with salt and pepper to taste to make a marinade and stir everything together. If you like, you can also add garlic. It’s a very simple dish, but combined with raclette cheese, it tastes simply amazing.
