Figs – Quiche

- 250 g Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 125 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt

- 500 g Figs
- 200 g Blue cheese
- 250 g Sour cream
- Salt, pepper

- Mix the flour, butter, salt and 1 egg into a smooth dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Cut the blue cheese into pieces and puree together with the sour cream. Beat the remaining 2 eggs and stir into the cheese mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Wash, peel and halve the figs lengthways.
- Grease a quiche pan and line it with the batter. Prick the dough base several times with a fork.
- Pour in the cheese and sour cream mixture and press the half figs evenly into the cheese and sour cream mixture with the cut surface facing up.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
- Serve the fig quiche warm, lukewarm or cold.
