Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 figs, fresh
- 6 slice(s) bacon or raw ham
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash and halve the figs. Wrap each fig halve with a slice of bacon or raw ham. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the wrapped figs on all sides until the bacon is crispy. Just before the end, pour the honey over the figs and let them caramelize.
