Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g mascarpone
- 150 g ground almonds and hazelnuts
- 100 g block chocolate
- 8 meringues
- e.g. chocolate, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Melt the chocolate block, then add the almonds, hazelnuts, and mascarpone. Spread the cream over the bottom of one meringue and sandwich it with another meringue. Decorate with chocolate as desired and refrigerate until ready to serve.
