Filled Mushrooms À La Heiko

The perfect filled mushrooms à la heiko recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 piece Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red peppers
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Chilli from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • Clarified butter
  1. Clean the mushrooms and break out the stems. Peel the onion and cut it into very small cubes. Also cut the stems into small cubes. Core and wash the peppers. This is also cut into very small cubes.
  2. Now heat the clarified butter in a pan and sauté everything in it. Season with salt, pepper from the mill and chilli. Now deglaze the whole thing with the soy sauce and put in a bowl and let cool.
  3. Now fill the whole thing into the hollowed out mushrooms. Now cook the mushrooms on the grill for 10 minutes. Bon Appetit.
