Filled Mushrooms
The perfect filled mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Big mushrooms
- 250 g Minced meat
- 2 Discs Toast without crust
- 1 piece Onion
- Milk
- 1 piece Egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Curry
- 1 disc Gouda cheese
- Cut the crust off the toast and then soak the bread in milk so that it soaks up. Remove from the milk and squeeze out.
- Cut the onion into fine cubes. Break out the stem of the mushrooms and scrape out the dark lamellas with a small spoon.
- Put the minced meat, diced onion, toast and egg in a bowl and season well with salt, pepper and curry. Knead the whole thing into a smooth dough and divide into 4 parts.
- Fill each mushroom with 1/4 of the mixture and place in a greased baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and cook in the oven for 30 minutes (top / bottom heat, 200 ° C).
- After 30 minutes, remove the foil and cover each mushroom with a 1/4 slice of cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes (same oven setting).
