A great party snack for little money

Wash the lettuce leaves and spin dry or pat dry. Spread the pancake with cream cheese. Cut the lettuce, ham, and cheese into 1 cm wide strips and place them on the pancake. Roll up the pancake, wrap it in aluminum foil, and let it rest. Remove from the aluminum foil and cut into portions with a sharp knife. The pancakes can also be filled with smoked salmon, just cheese, raw ham, or simply your favorite sausage. Your imagination is the limit.
