Turkey Thigh
The perfect turkey thigh recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Turkey thigh
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- Salt pepper
- Wash and dry the turkey thigh and season with salt and pepper.
- Put the chopped onion and carrot in a roasting pan.
- Fill up with a little water and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
- Then remove the lid from time to time pour the gravy over it so that it becomes nice and crispy and leave it in the oven for another 30 minutes.
- The roast is ready when the skin is nice and crispy brown.
- Season the sauce as you like.
- There is also red cabbage (I’ll be using the recipe soon) and boiled potatoes.
