Turkey Thigh

The perfect turkey thigh recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Turkey thigh
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Carrots
  • Salt pepper
  1. Wash and dry the turkey thigh and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put the chopped onion and carrot in a roasting pan.
  3. Fill up with a little water and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. Then remove the lid from time to time pour the gravy over it so that it becomes nice and crispy and leave it in the oven for another 30 minutes.
  5. The roast is ready when the skin is nice and crispy brown.
  6. Season the sauce as you like.
  7. There is also red cabbage (I’ll be using the recipe soon) and boiled potatoes.
