Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 package of puff pastry, frozen
  • 2 packs of cream cheese
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 egg(s), for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with ham and cream cheese

First, dice the onions and cooked ham into small cubes. In the meantime, let the puff pastry thaw. Then, place the diced onions and cooked ham in a bowl with the cream cheese and season to taste. Mix everything well. Spread the mixture onto the puff pastry sheets with a spoon and fold them together. Brush the filled puff pastry parcels with egg to brown them nicely in the oven, then bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes (depending on your oven).
