Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 20 g yeast
- 250 ml milk (or water)
- 1 tsp salt
- 80 g fat
- 50 g ham
- 50g salami
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 100 g cheese, grated
- Salt
- poppy
- sesame
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 55 minutes
Knead together flour, yeast, milk, salt, and fat and let it rise for one hour. Meanwhile, chop the remaining ingredients and mix with the cheese. Roll out the dough to about 1.5 cm thick and cut into small squares. Add 1 tablespoon of the filling, fold in the dough corners, and shape into rolls. Sprinkle with salt, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds. Then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes.
