Fillet – Apple – Pot

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 4 pork fillets
  • 4 apples
  • 500 ml cream
  • 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 6 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • Salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the pork fillets into thick slices, season with salt and pepper. Peel, quarter, and core the apples, and place them alternately with the fillet slices in a baking dish. For the sauce, combine the cream, tomato ketchup, curry, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Pour over the meat and apples, sprinkle with cheese, and cook uncovered in the oven (convection oven) at 180°C for 70-80 minutes or top/bottom heat at 200°C for 70-80 minutes. Serve with rice or boiled potatoes. Serves 8-10.
