Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pork fillet(s), shredded
  • ½ onion(s)
  • wine, white
  • ¼ liter of water
  • 125 g ham, raw, diced
  • oil
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 125 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable broth
  • gravy
  • possibly Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the onions in a little oil until translucent, add the ham, and cook for a few minutes. Then add the pork fillet, season with salt and pepper, and sear until crisp. Remove everything from the pan. Deglaze the pan with water to reduce the meat juices, then add milk. (Of course, you can also use cream or something similar, but then it won’t be Low Fat 30 anymore!) Season to taste with salt, pepper, vegetable stock, Maggi, and meat juices. Add a splash of white wine and bring to a boil briefly. Then add the meat and mushrooms and heat for about 10 minutes. Serve with: spaetzle, rice, green salad, broccoli.
