Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pork schnitzels
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 can mushrooms or fresh
- 375 ml vegetable broth
- 125 ml milk, 1.5%
- 50 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper, fry in oil, and remove. Sauté the mushrooms in the remaining cooking juices. Pour in the broth. Combine the milk, sour cream, and flour and add to the mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add the schnitzel back in.
