Fillet steak on salad with fried mushrooms

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 150 g steak(s) of beef fillet
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • 200 g mixed leaf salad
  • 1 serving of dressing of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Halve the mushrooms and slice the shallots into rings. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the sirloin steak in the hot fat for about 2-3 minutes per side, season, and keep warm briefly. Fry the mushrooms and onions in the fat for about 4 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Serve the mixed salad with the steak, mushrooms, and shallots. Drizzle 1 portion of your choice of dressing over the salad.
