Fine chocolate sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cocoa powder, without sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

A fine sauce for ice cream or other dessert

Boil the water, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a saucepan for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add the cocoa all at once, and quickly whisk. Stir until smooth. Enjoy hot or cold.
