Strawberry sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 150 ml grape juice, red
  • 150 ml water
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quarter half of the strawberries and puree the other half. Bring the water, juice, cornstarch, and sugar to a boil in a saucepan for a few minutes. Add the quartered and pureed strawberries and remove from the heat. Tastes great warm with vanilla ice cream.
