Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 275 g flour
- 100 g ground almonds
- 30 g cocoa or vanilla cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 120 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150 g butter, possibly semi-skimmed
- 1 tsp clove powder
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours
infinitely delicate and super simple
Knead all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate for one hour. Then roll out thinly and cut out shapes using cookie cutters. Place the cookies on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg if desired (this gives them a nice shine), and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
