Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 70 g starch flour
- 150 g flour
- 200 g butter, soft
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 50 ml espresso
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Beat the vanilla sugar with the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the cornstarch, cocoa powder, and flour and stir thoroughly. Finally, add the espresso and mix everything well. Preheat the oven to 180°C. In the meantime, line a baking sheet with baking paper and fill a piping bag with the mixture. Pipe small roses onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
