Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g raspberries, fresh
- 200 g cream
- 300 g yogurt
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ lemon(s), zest grated
- 4 tsp brown sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Wash the raspberries and let them dry on kitchen paper. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the yogurt with the maple syrup and lemon zest. Fold the cream into the yogurt mixture. Set aside a few raspberries for decoration and carefully fold the remaining berries into the cream. Ladle the dessert into glasses and sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of brown sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then garnish with the remaining raspberries just before serving.
