Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g dark chocolate
  • 120 g butter
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 60 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp rum or orange juice
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 100 g chocolate coating, whole milk

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Microplus 1.0 l – jug (Tupperware)

Cut the chocolate and butter into pieces and melt in the microwave. In a bowl, combine the chocolate butter with the sugar, flour, baking powder, eggs, rum, or orange juice until lump-free. Grease the Microplus 1.0-liter jug, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and pour in the batter. Microwave the cake uncovered for 6 minutes at 600 watts. Let it stand in the tin for 5 minutes. Then turn it out of the tin. Melt the chocolate coating in the microwave and spread it over the cake.
