Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 6 tbsp sweet cream
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pack of ready-made salad mix (Salad Crowning Spicy Garden Herbs)
  • 50 g cucumber(s), small chopped
  • dill
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Combine the quark, crème fraîche, and cream. Then add the salad dressing, sugar, a pinch of pepper, and salt, and mix everything together. Then finely chop the dill or use frozen dill, add it to the dip, and stir it in. Stir the cucumber into the dip. Let the dip sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. The longer it sits, the more delicate the flavor will be. Stored in a tightly sealed, airtight container, it will keep for 3-4 days.
