Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1,000 g flour
- 500 g butter
- 500 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- flavoring (lemon flavor)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Chocolate, white or couverture
- Chocolate, dark or couverture
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
Cream the butter with sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add the vanilla sugar (lemon flavor), baking powder, and flour, and knead into a dough. Chill, then grind through a meat grinder with the biscuit attachment. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the biscuits on it. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 180°C. Once cooled, decorate with the dark and white chocolate coating (melted in a water bath).
