Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g cream
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 tbsp honey (acacia honey)
- 1 celery
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp ginger
- 50 g almonds, chopped
- 4 tbsp almonds (flakes)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely grate the celery root with a Jupiter vegetable grater, thinly slice the banana, and mix everything together loosely. Squeeze the lemon and drizzle over it. Toast the flaked almonds in a dry pan. Mix the other ingredients into a sauce and pour everything over the celery and bananas. Mix well and sprinkle with the flaked almonds. Serve the salad on a bed of iceberg lettuce, lamb’s lettuce, or spinach.
