Fine Vegetable Cream Soup
The perfect fine vegetable cream soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Carrots
- 1 whole Cauliflower fresh
- 8 piece Potatoes
- 2 piece Kohlrabi fresh
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable broth
- Salt n.G.
- Pepper n.G.
- 4 piece Viennese
- 0,5 piece Cabanossi
- 0,5 teaspoon Celery leaf powder
- 0,5 teaspoon Ginger
- Cook cauliflower al dente.
- Clean the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
- Place a saucepan with water and add the vegetable stock. Add the chopped vegetables.
- Let everything simmer, then add the cauliflower.
- Add all the spices and puree everything together with a hand blender. So that it becomes a nice, creamy vegetable cream soup.
- Season everything well and season if necessary.
- Fry the Cabanossi a little and add to the saucepan. Chop the wieners and add them to the soup as well.
