Fine Vegetable Cream Soup

The perfect fine vegetable cream soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Carrots
  • 1 whole Cauliflower fresh
  • 8 piece Potatoes
  • 2 piece Kohlrabi fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable broth
  • Salt n.G.
  • Pepper n.G.
  • 4 piece Viennese
  • 0,5 piece Cabanossi
  • 0,5 teaspoon Celery leaf powder
  • 0,5 teaspoon Ginger
  1. Cook cauliflower al dente.
  2. Clean the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
  3. Place a saucepan with water and add the vegetable stock. Add the chopped vegetables.
  4. Let everything simmer, then add the cauliflower.
  5. Add all the spices and puree everything together with a hand blender. So that it becomes a nice, creamy vegetable cream soup.
  6. Season everything well and season if necessary.
  7. Fry the Cabanossi a little and add to the saucepan. Chop the wieners and add them to the soup as well.
