Finger Food: Fish Burger

- 4 Fish Patties
- 4 Hamburger buns
- 1 head Salad
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Cold pressed oil
- Salt and pepper
- 3 Sour cucumber
- 100 g Sour cream
- Herbs
- 1 Tl Mustard
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 Splash Lemon
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- Warm up the rolls and heat the meatballs. For the tartar sauce, put the egg in a tall vessel, add the oil, then pull the mustard up with a magic wand, season with salt, pepper, lemon and a pinch of sugar.
- Remove about 4 tablespoons of the mayonnaise and mix with the sour cream, cut the cucumber into small cubes and add, stir everything and season with horseradish.
- Spread a little bit of the remoulade on half of the roll, then add a lettuce leaf, then again the remoulade, then open the meatball and close it. Place the tomato in between. Chop the herbs of your choice and add.
