Fish Burger

The perfect fish burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Baguette
  • 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Some ketchup
  • 12 Fish sticks
  • Some leaves of ice cream
  • 3 Vine tomatoes
  • Possibly onion rings
  • Some fat, e.g. coconut fat
  1. Separate the leaves from the ice cream salad, wash and pat dry. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into thin slices.
  2. Cut the baguette into 4 equal parts, cut once and brush each half with a little mayonnaise. Spread some ketchup on the lower half. Top with lettuce leaves and tomatoes. If you like, you can put some onion rings on it.
  3. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the fish fingers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, place on the salad. Possibly put some more ketchup on top and put the second half of the baguette on top.
  4. Serve with french fries.
