Fish Burger
The perfect fish burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Baguette
- 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Some ketchup
- 12 Fish sticks
- Some leaves of ice cream
- 3 Vine tomatoes
- Possibly onion rings
- Some fat, e.g. coconut fat
- Separate the leaves from the ice cream salad, wash and pat dry. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into thin slices.
- Cut the baguette into 4 equal parts, cut once and brush each half with a little mayonnaise. Spread some ketchup on the lower half. Top with lettuce leaves and tomatoes. If you like, you can put some onion rings on it.
- Heat the fat in a pan and fry the fish fingers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, place on the salad. Possibly put some more ketchup on top and put the second half of the baguette on top.
- Serve with french fries.
